Saving up Cash

Hey guys, I'm new to this form as of about a week ago and this is my first post. I have 3 rooms I'm going to be turning into control room/recording room and vocal booth, and a video editing suite. I have all the equipment and mics I need but I was wondering if you guys knew any cool ways of saving up money for the building materials. Obviously I work but is there any good ways to get funding or low/no interest loans? Thanks a lot and I plan on visiting this board very often from now on.
