Design plans for portable, Outdoor performance Stage??

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Approximately 16'X20'.

Simple. Cheap. Safe. Collapsible.

I'm still interested in simple, cheap, safe, transportable stage designs.

However, for this event, I've decided to hire people who do this Professionally.
