Ya! I wonder what a Double metal stud wall(24" oc) single sheet of rock on each side and insultation would be?? :roll: Just think ahead for the future studio in a commerical suite.

Depends on the total air gap and what thickness rock - 1/2" rock, 4" air gap is about STC47, but TL at 50 hz is only 18 dB... STeve
