2 Control Rooms to optimize

Hello!
Interesting forum!
Glad I found it... Got lots of great infos here...
Here's the plans of two separated control rooms, both using near fields.(Sono1 - NS10N, Sono2 - Adams 2.5a)
It wouldn't be possible budget wise to rebuilt new walls. So I'm trying to figure out a cheaper way of ameliorating acoustics in both. I'm trying to keep the layout a close as possible to the existing one and use panels and trap instead of rebuilding.
Sono1 is booming badly around 80-100 Hz. I guess the big computer desk is not helping. It has got to stay closed for the Computers inside are quite noisy.
Is there a way of stopping a huge box like this to resonate?
And where should I position bass traps and what design would be best for this CR? Any design available that would suit best this kind of small room?
Sono 2 has a beautiful vue on the city thru a big bay window on the front wall. So I would like to avoid blocking the whole window. Maybe a panel hung from the ceiling or something behind the monitors...
Also there is a cupboard at the top of the back wall (with doors and shelves inside). I guess it can be used to help control the bass.
Should this cupboard be hermetic or should I leave openings in it?
Also how do I position and design side, front and back panels? Do you have any design recommended for this kind of rooms I could follow?
I can definitely built them myself, I'm just looking for advise in building, not buying already made ones...
All advices would be greatly appreciated
Regards
