Hey all. When building your vocal booth, what is used for the mics. I believe I say a box, where you plug wire on both ends, not sure what to even call it. I'm pretty sure you dont make a whole in the wall and run wire, so what is used. Advice greatly appreciated.

I believe what you are looking for is referred to as a "wall plate."
