Hi all. I'm currently researching nearfeild monitors.
The working space is limited - 3 meters x 3 meters.
Applications: Sound Design & Sound Effects mainly.

But I'm in two minds - 2xYamaha HS50M + Yamaha HS10W or
Blue Sky MediaDesk 2.1

Do any of you have professional experience with this speakers?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance -
Kamen

actually I also have the same concern as yours at the time..

mediadesk 2.1 does not have flat face . therefore, i assume that it will be difficult to wall flush mount.

hs10w has bad reputation

and hs series is not accurate but rather rich sound. if you want accurate yamaha speaker, you should go with msp series. but hs series looks good in terms of wall flush mount

yesterday, i got hr80m. i am trying it

in korea, hr80m is for 610 bucks while mediadesk 2.1 is for 890 bucks.
it's absolutely different with U.S.A pricing.
in U.S.A mediadesk is cheaper than hr80m
therefore I was forced into buying hr80m.
i hope that mediadesk also will be made in china and exported from china to here directly for lowering the price
