A little help

Post by TomVan »

A few days ago I believe I was in acoustics forum looking at some pictures of a live room. There was a soffit with can lights and what i would call an inverted looking pyramid above the soffit. I think it was half shaped log wood slats above up to the roof line.
I can not find the thread to save my soul. Any help would be grateful
Thanks
Tom

John,
You're the man. :D
I have to say I thought I looked at a different picture before. But that is definately it. Thanks for taking the time for all that you do here!!!

The asthetics of that room are just as impressive as the mammoth mixing boards most have. The wow factor is what I am after. Anything to stand out from the rest. Most musicians have no clue what it takes to build behind the walls... just what they see when they walk through the door.
Finish work is where its at.

It may look impressive but it's not really if you look at the detail

John
I agree with you about the drawing, but if your leaves are finished properly the esthetics are impecable and have the WOW factor. I am looking more at the finish work Knowing from all your threads I need to build my leaf system properly prior to any embellishments
Thanks again for taking the time to find the picture
