Hi, I'm cabling up a central machine room for a large facility. All mic, cue and digital lines come via the machine room. Is there are problem with having AES digital ties on the same bantam patchbay? Is this going to cause problems?

I don't see any immediate issues. You might check the specs of your patchbay to see if it's rated for any particular ohms. Some patchbays are prewired to Elco's or pigtails of some sorts, but most are a direct solder to the connector.

What do the specifications say for your patchbay, if anything?
