Connecting Speakers

I am looking for the best way to connect my new monitors to my current setup. I'm still in high school so I'm a very budget kind of guy 
Here is the equipment I have that I think could be involved:
Behringer 2031A's (has XLR and 1/4" input)
M-Audio Audiophile 2496 Soundcard
Yamaha MG10/2 Mixer
I heard something about running them off of the mixer but I'm not sure how to achieve this. Sorry about the newbie questions...hope I don't waste your time.
