I was wondering....

I have some industial carpet squares ( tight weave with rubber backing )

and thought I could use it to line the inside of my soffit box???

( I am still working on getting some pictures posted, been busy )

I don't see that as a bad thing. I used open cell rubber. To protect my speakers from scratches, etc....
