This question isn't directly aimed at the construction of my studio and more out of plain curiosity, but, to have a tracking room which is partly dead, and partly live, does the room have to be fairly big? For instance if you were to take a room that was 8'X10' with a 8 foot ceiling, would you be able to make half the room dead and half the room live? Does it require a large space? How about a 15'X15' room with a 8 ft ceiling?

The second one is getting closer, but square rooms SUCK. More like 15 x 20 or larger if you want live and dead from the same room. Some movable gobo's with live/dead sides would help too... Steve
