Small room acoustics lecture notes available

This past October I visisted the Audio Engineering Society's tradeshow in NYC and came across a lecture about the workings of acoustics in small rooms. The thought behind the lecture was that the theory applied in concert halls and larger spaces for control rooms or live studio applications can not be used when trying to tune the kind of spaces that 99% of home studio owners have at their disposal.
Since it was a lecture one had to pay top dollar for and I am not an AES member I refrained from going, but wrote to the lecturer last week and asked him for a copy. he was kind enough to provide me with one in PDF file format. If anyone would like a copy, please IM me. Not that I do not check my messages every day.
Also, if some of the enigineers on the site can chime in on this lecture and start a dialogue I think many of us would be well served.

David,

I was on a panel at the AES show, but I'm not sure if it's the same one you're referring to. Either way, I'd love a copy of those notes. You can email me from the Contact page of my web site, linked under my name below.
Thanks!

I don't mean to be a stinker, but aren't those notes copyrighted? I would think if you had to be there (and pay) to get them they would be. I guess if it doesn't say so on the document it would be ok.
If it IS ok, I wouldn't mind a copy. If they are not supposed to be freely distributed, then I'll pass.

len-morgan, I wrote directly to the speaker and writer of the material and asked for it. I am not publishing nor copying it. I asked him in any case whether it would be alright to share the info with peers. He had no problem with it.

Did anyone actually get the .PDF from David?
I've messaged him a couple of times but no reponse in a couple of weeks.
Anyone care to forward me a copy if they indeed did get it.
Thanks

Hi,
Can I have a copy also ?
It would be good to have a direct link, since it is freely available to share.
Thanks
Alex
