How to check and fine tune the Control Room?

Newly built my studio. Wooden floor, Left n Right wall and ceiling fill up 95% rockwood with 4 corner with 1 bass trap. Something is wrong with the sound. How can i check and fine tune the sound? I'm using NS10M with Quad 305 amp and Genelec 1031A with Yamaha O2r mixer. thx
