need help tightining up room

I got some flutter going on, also need some advice on bass trapping. Please check out studio diagram & pics and let me know what you think.
any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's an awful lot of general advice right here in this forum if you snoop around a bit. Another source is my Acoustics FAQ:

In the mean time, here's the short version:
* Bass traps in as many corners as you can manage, including the wall-ceiling corners.
* Mid/high frequency absorption at the first reflection points on the side walls and ceiling.
* Some additional amount of mid/high absorption on any large areas of bare parallel surfaces, such as opposing walls or the ceiling if the floor is reflective.

Thanks alot Ethan, the general demensions of the tracking room are 28'x22' (8' ceilings). Drywall throughout, 12" of blown insulation in attic.
