hi all, im new here from the v splanet web sight, im in the process of building a new studio , and im not quite sure of the layout yet , the room is over a two car garage. its 28' x 28' there are 2- 6' wide dormers in the front , and 1-20' dormer across the back, all three dormers are 8' tall.the main ceiling is a 10' cathedral. i have it layed out now so the control room runs across the back in the dormer but it is only 10' x 14' and the vocal booth is 10' x 6' (right next to it) the rest of the studio will be used for the drums,(live room). any thoughts will be highly appreciated.thanx in advance...........

sorry it came back message from mailer demon the room is basicly square 28' x 28'.four feet in from each side in the front are 2 dormers.they are each 6' wide 8' tall, and 8' deep. there is also a 14' wide x 10' tall x 10' deep dormer in the back, it is also four feet in from each sidein the back of the room.the door to the control room is on the front left corner of the ofthe 14'x 10' right next tothat is the vocal booth , it is 6' x 10' x 10' ceiling.any layout you can think of will realy help me out . as it is now i i was going to use the 14'x10' forthe control room , and what ever's left for the drum/live room. use the vocalbooth for vox/guitar booth. just to give you an idea what my needs are .......thanx in advance
