room modes spreadsheet

Post by watercourse »

Sorry to bother... I know this has been addressed and posted to death. I'm looking for the Excel calculator used for figuring out room modes that was floating around this site. It was very similar in format to the hemholtz calculator for slot resonators.

I was looking at it just days ago and lost the link. I've spent the past few hours trying to find it and just have had no luck. I know there are a few different calculators on the site, but I found this to be the easiest to understand (for me). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Again, it was in Excel format, very similar to the slot resonator .xls file. You enter the wall dimensions and it calculates 1st harmonic, 2nd harmonic, etc. Thanks very much!

There is another called modesV2, available at Studiotips if you're a member - it's more involved than either of the above, post back if you want it and I'll direct you... Steve
