Hi alejandro, and welcome; let's start by reading this link -

http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=4062

That will get you started, let us know where you are, and probably cause you to ask even MORE questions  - but that's what we're here for. Again, welcome aboard... Steve

(Just read your other post and realized you must be the designer of Chino's diffusors; if so, you'll likely be ANSWERING more questions than asking. Since the purpose of this board is primarily LEARNING, I consider that a GOOD thing :) )

Concave surfaces, avoiding focusing

Hi all!
I've seen a comment about concave surfaces.
The only way to avoid the focusing effect is to apply diffusers. They eliminate efficiently the hot spots.
You can use absorbers but you're taking off acoustic energy that could be very useful. So I suggest to use Diffusers. If it is too expensive, install 50% of diffusers, not less.
I'm designing a worship as a concert hall now and the ceiling is a dome. So I had to model it in a software, and there you see the de-focusing effect of the diffusers.

Bye!!
