I had the idea to find some sort of a metal frame to make basstraps but I have not been able to find a product out there that i'm picturing in my head..

im picturing a metal frame..ideally one with the perimiter not completely solid as to increase surface area of absorbing material..that i can just clamp together (like its in halves) over a piece of fiberglass wrapped up in fabric..

any other interesting ideas on frame construction would be helpful as well..

thx..

Suspended ceiling edging is cheap and easy to find. It may not be exactly what you want but it could be a start.
