sound proofing question

quick question...
in my basement i have walls: brick/cavity/brick and have found a table giving an STC of 50 for this construction
i don't have space for 'room within a room' construction and it's not that essential anyway. the room has a false ceiling suspended form the inner cavity which appears to be isolated, so i have an STC of around 54 in that direction
i'm considering putting double plasterboard to the inner face of the cavity walls, but i can't find a table giving an STC for this, can anyone help?
thanks,
jon
