Using resilient sill gasket to reduce flanking noise?

I'm building walls (2x4 wooden frame, 2 layers of 5/8" drywall) on top of a wooden floor, and I'm looking for possible ways to reduce vibration transmission/flanking noise between the floor and walls.

I'm wondering if anyone here has insight into the effectiveness of putting a layer of neoprene (or similar resilient material) in between the floor and the wall's bottom plate (so the walls are all resting on this neoprene, not directly on the wood floor)

The specific product I've been considering is called Geniemat FIS, which can be seen here

I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts! Thanks.

i would feel more confident if they posted more data. you could check out the Kinetics Noise WallMat product which uses a semi-rigid approach and i know from experience their engineers are very helpful in getting the right products including sway bracing etc.
