Moving into large warehouse space

I have recently begun more sound installation work so I am moving from my project studio into a large warehouse space - 30’ x 14’ with 12’ high ceilings.
I want to use one of the corners of the room for production/mixing etc. Building a partition or lowering the ceiling are not options as I want the room to remain open.
I am wondering where my desk/speakers should be? Facing a wall? Or pointing out toward the long end of the room. If the latter, should I build a baffle or something to put behind the speakers? I have about 10 gik acoustics panels but they do not begin to cover the room’s area.
Note that the studio will be in one of the corner quadrants so the speakers wont be equidistant from walls.
I am not an acoustic purest anymore so I am not looking for an ideal solution but something that will just be “best” given the room dimensions.
