Do yo think that not having unprallel ceiling and floor cause a whole lot of a problem ?

No it does not cause any problems at all. The ceiling can be parallel to the floor if you want, and indeed that makes it a lot easier to predict the modal response of the room. On the other hand, if you really do want to have your ceiling at an angle, that's fine too. Especially if it would allow you to have greater air volume inside the room. The only times I would not recommend it, is if you are talking about a control room, and the ceiling would slope down to one side of the room, or if it would slope down towards the back of the room. In those cases, a flat ceiling would be better.
Also if the floor is carpeted
That would be a problem. Not recommended at all.
