Door Jamb Leakage

I am pretty much done with my dum room and have seen some very good results in some very basic testing but ran into an issue that I haven't quite figured out yet...
I have a two door system, one on the first leaf inside the room and one of the second leaf outside the room, I beefed them up and they seem to be doing a decent job however there was a bit more room in the rough openings than anticipated and there are is still some leakage where the shims went.
I added additional wood, backing rods, door foam and acoustical caulk. It is sealed (visually) but it's still leaking sound. It's about a 3/4" area.
What else can I do? Should I put drywall compound in there or more Acoustical caulk, or something else?
Any thoughts?
Thanks
