Recording space room in room

Hello everyone,

Great job with the forum. Learnt more about acoustics from here than from Berklee's short course.

My name is Dan, and I'm struggling to gather enough info so i can start making some real plans (You'll see in a moment once you scroll down)

I'm in the research phase at the moment but i will be moving quite fast as I'm planning to start construction in about a month, month and a half depending on how it's going.

Goals:
I want to do a room inside a room (freestanding: floor 4 walls a door window and ceiling). I plan to record everything from instruments, ADR, VO to foley (so at times i do make some higher gain captures). Not planning to record any drums in it so i don't think I will pass the 100 dB. Don't have the location yet as i will be renting it soon. But the location is going to have to accommodate this room As this is the minimum in size i want to go. It will most likely be a House or villa in a quiet residential area so 40 dB of outside noise at max (will get some real measurements once I find the location).

Short term goals:
Get feedback on if what I understood is right and get the right framing thickness for the wood work (The cuts here are quite different Wood here) I did see the conversion chart table. But they don't really match up.
Learn SketchUp. Put my drawings *looks like a 12 yr old made it* into SketcUp like a reasonable adult. (pictures soon, i promise.)

Dimensions:
L: 359 cm
W: 293 cm
H: 241 cm

Budget:
I need to make it quite a looker sadly ... as some of the people i work with prefer looks over functionality.
But I'm aiming at the bare room at around 3000$.
Bear in mind that I'm from Bucharest, construction material is pretty cheap here.

LOL time:

This is what I'm picturing at the moment. The doors and windows are not exactly set in stone i think i should move them on the width of it.

This is a more zoomed in version the 4 strips of colored paper are meant to be gypsum
the measurements are in mm. And the blank sheet of paper is the board i would use as a base.

Questions:

Base board at: 100 x 22 mm
Studs : 70 x 42 mm

1. Are these strong enough to hold the whole thing? Is it enough for my needs, or should i make everything thicker? This is what i was thinking of lining the walls with. Will it work or is there a better option?

2. I know i will have to do a HVAC system. Is it possible to make one of those boxes with 3 connected rooms inside of them (the name eludes me)? Or several... is it possible for a room this size or would i need a split?

3. Anything I need to change regarding the studs placement?

I really appreciate any advice and i love how you guys handle things here. This forum is the most useful thing out there.
Thank You
