Hello all forum users. For a long time I read posts. There is a mine of knowledge. I prepare to build a control room and ask for advice acoustic treatment. My room is in a separate building than the house and is isolated to the outside. External walls and living room are 50cm thick concrete / insulation / concrete. wall between the bathroom and the control room 12cm concrete. The room is 4,2m long, 3,95m wide and 2.9 m high. Volume 48,11m3. I know that the dimensions and size are not perfect, but fall in the curve Bolt. Distribution modes is equal to above 63Hz, RT60 average 1,84s. What would you propose to do in this room? I greet and thank you for your help.
Jarek
P.S. I have pmc ib2s monitors to this room.

That's excellent. You should be able to get good isolation like that. What is the ceiling made of?External walls and living room are 50cm thick concrete / insulation / concrete. wall between the bathroom and the control room 12cm concrete.
It's not fantastic, but it's also not terrible. It's reasonably good. The room is 4,2m long, 3,95m wide and 2.9 m high. Volume 48,11m3
There are many, many options, depending on what you need, and what your budget is. If that is the final interior dimensions of the room, and you just want a very simple setup, then this is how you should set up your speakers and mix position:What would you propose to do in this room?

Hi Stuart. Thank you for your time and quick response. I want to do professional control room. The equipment that will be in this room is: main monitors- PMC IB2S, nearfield NS-10 console Audient ASP 8024- 36 channels, some outboard. I thought to use to treat hanger traps, bass traps, diffusors. Main Monitors flush / soffit. The budget for treatment is 2000-3000 maybe 4000USD.

The ceiling is made of concrete, empty space and roof.

Isolation is enough. Inside is silence and I play drums you can not hear outside.
Regrads, Jarek.

Hi all. I thought that the front wall to make the hangers and/or corner bass traps, the main monitors put on a brick stand and build a heavy wall of osb and drywall (flush / soffit), side wall hangers, in the first reflections diffusers slotted, back wall absorbing the corner bass trap. or the side walls of drywall or leave soft? the ceiling is quite high, so I can hang some elements (hangers, diffiusers, or something). I do not know what would be better for this room. I greet and please for help, Jarek.
