Sanded Bare Wood Floor - What type finish?
We have pulled up and tossed the old carpet and are down to maple wood flooring (1965). We are sanding and leveling the floor, and will be refinishing the bare wood. Any suggestions on the type of finish to use? We are considering Minwax Ultimate Water-Based Polyurethane Floor Finish. Thanks!
