which wood type is needed

it seems teak wood costlier..

is pine wood is ok? or

any cost effective wood for creating wood stud for regular 2'x4'

any differnce in sound isolation for low frequencies and damping?
lesser density wood any differnce in sound properties.

any in forum please reply

Studs are usually pine in most places around the world, but use whatever wood is commonly used where you live for 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 2x10 structural framing.

On the other hand, if you don't know what type of wood to use for your studs, then you should probably not be trying to build this yourself! Building a studio requires a basic knowledge of construction materials, construction tools, and construction techniques that are typically used to build a house. If you don't have that knowledge, then you should hire a professional contractor to build it for you. Trying to build it yourself when you don't know how, would be dangerous. You might get hurt, or hurt other people, if you don't build it safely.
