Hi guys, big up for this site!
I am planing to build my new studio in this room and need any advice you can give me.
It should be a Mixing room and recording vocals.
Should I build two room? Or is it better to use the complete room
as a Mixing room and record vocals in the Mixing room?
If you need any more information let me know.
I am located in Germany. I know a little bit about acoustic elements,
I read as much as I can!

I used the search function but found nothing to

That's more of a persona decision: That size space would be good for a control room, but if you make it a lot smaller by trying to fit in a second room, they would both be small. That might be fine for some people, and the acoustics could still be reasonably good in both rooms... just not as good as for one large room.

So the question is: Do you NEED a separate booth to record? Or would you be able to work just fine without that? If you really do need it, then you could do that, by making both rooms small. If you don't need it, then don't do it!

I'd suggest two books: "Master Handbook of Acoustics" by F. Alton Everest (that's sort of the Bible for acoustics), and "Home Recording Studio: Build it Like the Pros", by Rod Gervais.

And also study some of the many hundreds of threads here on the forum, done by people who already built their studios. There's a LOT of very useful information in those!
