Help with apartment home studio build in Brazil

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Curious how you went with the soffit mounting the Event Opals @diogodasilva

How did they sound? Any tips you learnt building something around them?
