simple question I think

Getting ready to frame control room and plan to install windows per Rod Gervais book instruction. Missing piece of info is how much larger should my rough opening for control window be. Since window is a built up unit, it should be pretty close to cut window size plus sealing materials. I just dont know how tight to make it with opening.
