John I read a long time ago a reply tou gave to LarryE over at BBC concerning ceiling coverage.

He was asking if he could cover the 703 with plastic and then with cloth. I am considering hanging 1" 703 on pegboard and wrapping the front with cloth and hanging the whole thing 1" from the ceiling.

I know this has been asked before but would the plastic not make the surface reflective to the highs?

Is there a certain type of plastic that would be better than another?

Thanks
Ryan

Yes the plastic does make it reflective to the highs - the cloth dampens some of it though and it's actually not a bad thing.. The plastic is purely to stop those pesky glass fibers from constantly showering on you.

It's purely optional.
