AC concept. Will this work?

Here's a basic plan of a AC concept for my small, one-room studio.
1. The system is for cooling only (Heating is provided by thermostatically controlled electric panel radiators).
2. A single extractor fan creates air flow through the system. This will have adjustable speed to set the optimum flow rate.
3. Fresh air is drawn into the cooling room and cooled by a split system AC unit. The cooled air is drawn into the studio and the stale, warm air is drawn out from the other end of the room.
4. Both rooms are airtight apart from the air inlet and exhaust vents. All vents will be silenced with home-made "labyrinth" boxes.
5. Capacities and flow rates are not yet calculated.
Will it work? What do you think?
