Hi to every one!

(sorry for my bad english, i usually speak french...)

i'm new to the forum. Thank you for this excellent source of information. I will provide as many information possible and I am looking to learn a lot on room acoustics and construction. Please ask if I am forgetting important informations

My first plan is pretty basic. I am looking for advices on how to divide my room in the best ways so I could have the best room ratios/space for all my billion audio gear...

all the walls seen in the plan can be demolished and replaced in a better arrangement if you have something to propose...

curent sizes in plan:
control room: aprox 21'x10'x8' ceiling
studio: 28'x10'x8' ceiling

(note: there is a structural beam between the 2 windows)

I put in the plan some windows and a booth/lounge and everything can be rearranged :)

Let me know what you thing of my first draft before I move forward.

thank you very much

Simon

I would consider going with one room. Usually this is good enough for most people. But if you simply have to have a control room and a tracking room, then I would look into using a corner as a starting place to install the control room and develop the tracking room outside of that using up how ever much space as you can.
