Studio build in Israel

Hi there amazing people :)
I’m a long time observer and this is my 1st… had the chance of being involved with a few studio builds in NYC and now about to build one of my own, although I do need to track live bands occasionally, I mostly mix so the control room is my main focus and because of budget limitations I will build it 1st as stage A and complete the rest later down the line at stage B…

I plan to soffit my Quested VH3208, have my Dynaudio Air15s on stands and the Air bass II sub lying on the floor on the front wall under the window.
The console is a 40 frame Harrison 950 Pro EX sitting in a custom built table that has about another 50 rack space to the sides of the console, I’ll add a picture from the previous studio it was in.

Studio will be in a 11.60 L X 10.10 W X 7.20 H (In meters) structure, walls are mostly cement blocks and partly sheetrock.
the surrounding area is pretty secluded so sound proofing is not a main concern.
*My plan dimensions are within the pics*

Planning on an RFZ setup, slat wood walls with more absorption at the front, 2D QRD diffuser on the back wall and MLV traps at the back corners.
Not sure how to go about the ceiling yet, would love for your advise!
Construction should start on January 15th if everything goes as planned…
I would appreciate any input, specially if you think my idea is all wrong!!! how different would you do it? layout, room dimensions and all…?

I will do my best to document every stage of the build and post it along rt60 measurements :)

Thank you and happy holidays!

*I'm having trouble uploading the pics, hopefully they'l come up decent, I'll try again if they don't

Looks like a nice set up you have there.

What program did you use for your 3D renderings? Is that Sketchup?

Hi there Track, and Welcome to the Forum! :)

Unfortunately, the hosting service for the forum screwed up when they moved us to a new server last week, and they somehow managed to lose all photos that were uploaded between the 15th and 21st of December... including yours! So if possible, please could you upload those again. Just edit your posts and re-insert the photos in the correct place. That should fix it!

Sorry about the problem!!!
