UK Designers?

Hi There,
We're planning on building a studio in Wales over the next few months. As part of the deal the landlord will be footing the bill for the majority of the construction and we will be paying for the fitting of the treatment & equipment. We've got a nice bit of space (around 3,000sq ft) to play with, however I'm a bit worried of designing the layout myself in case I make some very stupid noob mistakes. Is there any one in this forum who would mind either helping me design it, or taking on the design of the studio for a fee? I've been quoted by some UK designers of around £6,000 to get the plans drawn up, which is, unfortunately, out of my budget.
