Absorber material called ECO-C1...crap or not?

Hi.
I live in Italy and here I can't find the fiberglass 703 or 705.
There is something similar but not that.
But that's the reason why I'm writing: in the biggest outlet in my city I've found this assorber called ECO-C1, made of expanded elastomer.
Its density is really high150 kg/meter cubic (703 is 48, 705 is 96!), but I'm worried about its real capacity of absorbtion.
This is the web page where you can the infos of the manufacter about this material:
www.ndasrl.it/schedaprodotto.asp?ID_Prodotto=49
Look to the graph and please tell me what do you think of it.
Keep in mind that that graph is about a 4 cm thick panel (I will buy panels thick 1 or 2 cm).
Tell me above all what do you think the low frequencies 'couse I would like to use for some bass traps:
Thanks a lot for your time.
Anto.
