Need advice and ideas for CR

Hello again.
First I´d like to refer to my other thread in which I had alot of help from alot of nice people in this forum.
http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewt ... =3&t=11921

And now I´m back in the construction business again.

Soundman suggested soffit mounted speakers.
Which i did back then, but it was temprorarily and poorly done.
I´ve corrected that now. I think...

Completely isolated and built with high density plaster, higher than normal plaster for walls.
I removed the speaker amplification from the back of the speaker and put them in the front for easier access and cooling. As you can see on the pictures below.

This, plus that when i was building i moved the console about 20 - 30 cm back to get more space behind to build, i could hear improvements in the freq response. Basically less peaks and nulls.
So i´ve decided to keep the mixing position in the current position even if it means less space for the band members and their pizzas. I´ve still got room for pizzas.

-------------------------

Now for the real question.

I´ve built two isolated boxes in the wall-ceiling spaces on the right and left side of mixing position.

They´re 60 cm vertical and 90 horisontal and has 170 mm insulation slabs in the front. Which should be around 50% of the total volume inside.
These are "slot resonator ready". And my idea was to start laborating with them timber slats.

I also covered the front wall-ceiling and the corners with insulation. Not isolated. More like superchunks really.

And now... before I go any further of trying timber slats, putting laths (is it the correct name for those wooden slats?) and making it all nice.
I´d really appreciate to have someone elses opinion about all this.

Can I improve anything that i have done at this point?
Should i have done differently?
Any other improvement that anyone recommend?

I don´t worry about negative/opposite opinions or critisism. Just shout it out at me.
That´s what I want to hear, to be able to correct anything i´ve missed and hopefully save time/money in the end.

When sweeping the frequencies from 30 to 500 i have less peaks and nulls as it is for the moment, before the slats. But what really irritates me is that
a few frequencies phases around my head. Probably because the two sidewalls are not perfectly angled.
Is is possible to cure such thing with slot resonators?

I still have some space on the sidewalls between the speakers and the window, which is about 50 cm, and also under the front window (now when i have more space behind) to build maybe an additional membrane or slot resonator. Or to put up auralex stuff or something. Any ideas?

Also. I Had a cloud before which i had to remove because of my sideboxes. I either make a new cloud, smaller with a back on it as John suggests, or
I open up the ceiling and make a iso box above the mixing position. (more work but better result i suppose).
Any ideas there? I should have enough space to build a box that´s 70 cm deep above the current ceiling.

And the height is 2,45m.

As you can see, hopefully see, that the walls appearantly dont have the same angle. Next time i´ll build a rectangular CR.
Less problems and easier to solve the problems. At least a computer can figure out the problems for me.
I haven´t found any program to simulate and/or calculate the modes for my cr yet.
It´s all by ear so far.
White and pink noise are too expensive.
