CD/DVD Burner - CD TEXT

Hello,
Does anyone know of a Burner that fully supports the WRITING of CD text and ISRC?
My relatively new pioneer doesn't and my old pioneer cd writer supported ISRC only.
When I ask at the computer shops they scratch their heads.
And an online search seems to have no straight answers.
