In Search of a Synchroniser for Otari Mtr-90, well two.

Get your "what mic?" frustration or "have you heard" out here. The language could get real okka in here mate.

In Search of a Synchroniser for Otari Mtr-90, well two.

Post by Sam Jones »

Dear reader,

I work in a fully analogue recording studio in the Netherlands and I'm looking for a synchroniser for two Otari mtr-90 tape machines. They are 2" 24 track machines. I'm having trouble finding a synchroniser here in Europe. I was hoping someone on this forum might know where to find one, preferably in europe (more specifically in the Netherlands, but I'm not picky :)).

If I have posted this on the wrong part of the forum, please let me know.

With kind regards,

Sam Jones.

Hi Sam, and welcome!

You might want to try the GearSlutz forum: those guys are much more into that kind of thing than we are. This forum is more about building the actual room correctly, while they are all about equipment.

Thanks mate!

(FYI; we built the studio ourselves, which is why I know this website well :))

Regards,

Sam.
