looking for a source for OC 703 or equivalant in SE Florida

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Hello all - I am desperately looking for a source of Owens Corning 703 or equivalent in the South East Florida area to be shipped by ocean freight to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
Any help greatly appreciated.
