Hello;

I am building an iso booth in my studio space. I need suppliers for RC-1, Neoprene, Roxul or 703, and construction materials (drywall/lumber) in general and would appreciate any help with suppliers in the NYC area.

Thanks
Brian

Brian -

Don't know if you;ve already found suppliers, but if not:

For neoprene, try Canal Rubber - it's on Canal a block or two west of Broadway.

For 703, J&S Supply in Long Island City - don't remember the address, but it's right by the Greenpoint Ave. bridge from Brooklyn. I've been getting 1" unfaced 703 from them for .34/sq. ft.

For other general construction materials, I've been mostly using Kamco - they are a big supplier with several locations. They'd be a good bet for RC, Thermafiber, and any standard stuff like sheetrock, framing materials, etc.

J&S in Long Island City turned into the perfect supplier for OC 703. Funny guys, really helpful, low prices.

Canal street rubber was a great source for neoprene as well.

Thanks for the help.
