How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

I have a few questions/conerns about construction of a new studio.

1) How to approproach HVAC.
a) How to get low noise?
b) Should there be seperate zones, since the control room as alot of heat producing gear?
2) How to ground all the gear?
Chassis ground vs. AC ground?
When to use isotabs?
3) How to determine optimal room size/shape.
How to calculate for standing waves?
How can you really escape parallel walls?
What is up with the wierd angle, almost 1/4 circle stuff in the front of the control room?
4) What is the best material for the walls?
5) What is the best wood to use for flooring
6) If you determine you have standing waves or a nodes in certain frequencies how to you get rid of them with out eq?
