control room ceiling

Post by soundwell »

Can I leave the drywall off the ceiling of the control room after filling it with rockwool, and cover it with fabric instead of treating it after? The room is 16'x14'x10'.

It is impossible to answer that question without knowing anything at all about your room!

There is an announcement at the top of the forum about what to do to assure getting as many responses as possible.
The announcement leads to this post (click here). Actually, several people, who are experts on this forum, will most likely not reply if you don't do what is written in that post. Many others who are very helpful, will most likely not reply out of respect for the moderators' wishes.

Sure, and that's what my partner did in his basement studio:

Though please also read the sticky post as Stuart advised.
