Hi...looking for some help again :)

I'm thinking of doing some changes in my ctrl room which im not fully satisfied with yet.

The changes im thinking about doing is:

1. increasing the angle of the splayed side walls at mixposition from 7degrees to 12degress.

2. making the front wall between the soffit mount reflective with either drywall or slot resonator, is OC703 lifted of the wall at the moment.

3. making the surface under the soffit mount reflective.

Here's my questions.

Is the distrubtion of acoustic treatment good?

Will the i benifit much from the increased angle on the side walls?

What is the really best for the front wall treatment? Barefoot suggested to do the entire front wall reflective (see pic below)while i know John likes the make the surface below soffits absorbant, im confused  :D

thanks alot

Mike - I like to make the area below the speakers absorption to stop all the nasty reflections off the console, monitors etc. The layer of insulation doesn't really effect the speaker baffle much at all if the baffle continues behind the insulation.

I'd put slots between the speakers. The rest of your plan is fine IMO.
