ArchiCad 12 trial

Hello.
Recently tried a few floor plan design apps for mac and pc.
And found most of them either very frustrating to use in terms of technical precision or poor in terms of quality of out put.
However, I have discovered one that I have found pleasing overall, apart from its price tag that is.
However, if you are not a pro studio designer and are only using it to plan out your home studio, then ArchiCad 12 may do the trick for you, as the company that makes ArchiCad 12 allow people to download a 30 day trial.
I am so far very impressed with the precision and output, although at the mo, I have to admit I have only used it for 2d floor plans, and from what I can understand, it is also awesome for 3d.

Sorry if you already know of this, sorry to be patronizing.
However, the post is labeled quiet accurately.
Otherwise. good luck.

You can avoid all the high cost of Archicad by using this good (but hard to learn) clone of AutoCad called ProgeCad 2009

This is the Buddha Bar plan created in ProgeCad 2009.

Thanks.
i apreciate the advice. Certainly save me the struggle and messing around trying out all sorts of lesser apps.
I shall have to down load and start using it.
Although only plan to design a studio once every few years.
Thanks again/
:-)
Also, love to check out the buddha bar byron bay in person one day.
Looks very cool.
Dam hippies eh? ;-)
