Fire-rated double doors available on craigslist

A set just like these is being installed in our new studio space. They are really nice doors.

This room being more susceptible to fire with a rather high fuel loading, the fure rated doors and walls would be appropriate.

Why do you think it has a higher fuel loading? What are you reasons for saying that, when you have never even seen the room, or the doors, and the thread is over three years old?
It's really hard to guess what your motive is....
You wouldn't, perhaps, by some strange coincidence, be a fire-door salesman?
