Hey guys,
I'm looking for a room to lease for a year or more in the San Fernando Valley.. Preferably in Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Studio City, Burbank, or NO HO... Something around 6-800 sq. feet.. More of a production room that can cut drums every now and then..
Any ideas?
