Hi Victor, and welcome.
The simple answer is "no". It wont help. The foam used in that kind of mattress is probably closed-cell, and therefore pretty useles, acoustically. So it wont make your acoustics any better.
and or ad a little more soundprovement to my door
It won't help with that, either! Foam does not stop sound. To stop sound, you need mass. And I don't think that a yoga mat has much mass!
Contrary to popular belief, foam does not soundproof: it only treats the acoustic reflections inside the room. Contrary to popular belief, there are no cheap, easy ways of soundproofing a room. You can TREAT a room acoustically at low cost so that it sounds better, but you cannot "SOUNDPROOF" it at low cost. Soundproofing is more correctly called "isolation". (In fact, some people argue that there is no such thing as "soundproofing", since a loud enough sound will get thruogh practically anything. If I go into a "soundproof" studio, and fire a shogun, then you will still hear it outside. )
So sorry, but your yoga mat is far more use on the floor than on the wall. At least you can sit on it when it is on the floor!

Hi,
I don;t think it'll be a good fit. Yoga mattress doesn't stop sound anyway, so there's no point in putting up on the door. You can probably try some other mattresses for this purposes. Something like this might help you [SPAM REMOVED]

Nope. A mattress made of spam won't work either. It only works enough to get you banned and blocked, but it has no acoustic purpose.
