Soffit mountable speaker only costs 549 dollar. cheap right?

As far as i know in wall (soffit mountable) speakers are very expensive..
but Bluesky announced a pair of soffit mountable speakers, I/ON,which is very cheap.
Making a DIY filter and building a sealled box are not necessary for this sort of speakers.
therefore mounting the speaker and building a control room could be easier..
even more, Bluesky Media desk 2.1 is more famous for alternative Yamaha NS-10m studio than yamaha Hs series
