Studio design - need advice

Hi
I have a enmpty room and am in need of control room and a big live room. The room will be used as rehersal room as well as recording room.
I would gladly hear some advice from people on the forum.
The height for the room is 2,20m and two of the walls (12,5m and 6m) are concrete.
